By accessing www.vednity.com or engaging Vednity's services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Vednity provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content, branding and web development. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
2. Payments
Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the ad platforms and is not included in our fees. Late payments may result in paused services.
3. Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
4. Results disclaimer
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, platform policy changes, competition, client cooperation). Case-study figures shown on this website are historical examples and do not guarantee future results.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to accounts, brand assets and approvals, and confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become your property. Vednity retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Website content, design and code of vednity.com remain the property of Vednity.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's non-public business information confidential.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vednity's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Your City.
